Depending on the financing product and the stage of your application, these requests may result in either ‘hard’ credit inquiries (which may impact your credit score) or ‘soft’ credit inquiries (which do not impact your credit score). You will be informed of the nature of the credit pull during the application process.”

4. SMS/Text Messaging
- SMS Opt-In Data: We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data to third parties for their own marketing/promotional purposes.
